Property Owners

You own a home, an ADU, or a rental unit. Maybe a family member moved to assisted living and you’re not ready to sell the house. Maybe you’ve always wanted to help someone in ministry, but didn’t know how. Now you do.

The Got Housing? Need Housing?™ platform connects people like you with ministry staff who need below-market rentals—often short-term or transitional housing—in the communities they serve.

When housing is shared across churches and ministries—not siloed within them—the whole body benefits.

This is your chance to:

  • Use what you already have to bless someone doing God’s work
  • Provide a real place to land for a local pastor or staff family
  • Help retain ministry talent in your city or region

Common Questions

Do I need to be ordained to qualify?
Not necessarily. We work with pastors, missionaries, and a range of ministry staff recognized by their church or organization.

What types of housing solutions are available?

  • Below-market rental homes through our Rental Exchange

  • Down Payment Assistance (DPA) equity-share program with partner investors

  • Church-supported parsonage and housing allowance consulting

Will I have to pay back Down Payment Assistance?
Yes, but not like a traditional loan. Our DPA program allows you to buy with investor support. When the home is sold, the equity appreciation is shared between you and the investors.

I don’t live in California. Can I still apply?
Yes. While Aslan began in the Bay Area, we now serve multiple high-cost housing markets nationwide
