Aslan’s Down Payment Assistance Program helps ministry staff close the gap between what you can afford and what homes actually cost — using shared appreciation funded by mission-aligned supporters. We’ll walk with you through it all:

Do I need to be ordained to qualify?

Not necessarily. We work with pastors, missionaries, and a range of ministry staff recognized by their church or organization.

What types of housing solutions are available?

Below-market rental homes through our Got Housing? Need Housing?™ marketplace
Down Payment Assistance Program to help homebuyers with funds from donors and contributors
Strategic housing consulting for churches/ministries: housing allowances, housing policies, parsonages…

Will I have to pay back down payment assistance?

Yes, but not like a traditional loan. Our DPA Program allows you to buy with contributor support. When the home is sold, the equity appreciation is shared between you and the contributors.
