Santa Cruz County Ministry Housing Fund
The Fund supports ministry staff in Santa Cruz County, fostering collaboration to address the challenges of our costly region— which is rated one of the least affordable housing markets in the world. As partners, we work together to provide housing solutions for our staff—and the Fund streamlines this effort. The Fund hosts restricted accounts for each ministry and a Better Together fund to bolster collective ministry endeavors.
We welcome new ministry partners who share our commitment to embodying Kingdom values such as stewardship, transparency, accountability, hope, unity, fairness, justice, stability, and sustainability. This initiative serves as both a community witness and a call to action, urging believers to support ministry staff in Santa Cruz County.

It is essential for recruitment and retention. The Holy Spirit guides some people to support athletics, others the arts. Monte Vista also needs engagement from stakeholders that are called to the long-term strategic value of funding housing solutions.
