Aslan is partnering with Villa Homes to install a 1/1 ADU in the backyard of the King House Property. This installation increases the value of the property and will help us house more ministry staff. In addition to the stand-alone ADU, the main house will have a JADU downstairs.
JADU stands for Junior ADU. It’s the same idea as an ADU but is attached to the main house. Both the ADU and the JADU at the King House will have private entrances.
The process for installing an ADU takes about 10 months. The first stage is an assessment of the property, design selection, permit submission, and pricing finalization. Next, there is a period of engineering getting the permits approved. After that, the actual construction, delivery, and installation only take about 10-16 weeks!
